Property Management Opening!

Job Summary:

The property manager reports to regional manager for EMC. Perform all aspects of property
management, including but not limited to hiring, training, supervising staff; marketing and lease
up of property, collections, administrative and contracted services, and property maintenance,
budget preparation and adherence, capital improvements, customer satisfaction and all office
operations. Compliance with all local state and federal fair housing regulations.

Required Qualifications:
College degree strongly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years property management experience
with a proven track record of achievement. May consider
Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification
