Aviara Apartments is currently hiring for a strong Assistant Manager to join our team.
An Assistant Manager serves as the financial backbone of the property. Providing support to the residents, and future residents. Must be strong in collections, preparing notices on the 6th of each month, and when necessary evictions.
Must also be willing to tour units, prepare lease paperwork, along with marketing and helping to assist in resident functions.
