Eviction Moratorium Extended and Full Phase 1
Eviction Moratorium
On May 14th, Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-121, which extended the statewide moratorium on evictions for non-payment of rent due to the COVID-19 until June 2, 2020. It is important to keep in mind that if you are a "covered property" you will still have to abide by the federal eviction moratorium that lasts until late July.
