FULL TIME MAINTENANCE - GAINESVILLE 

Looking for a seasoned maintenance tech for an apartment community - needs to be a self-starter, a good communicator, and professional with residents. You would be responsible to: 

• Organize, prioritize, and complete service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Respond in a timely manner to all On-Call emergency requests. (Some afterhours/emergency on-call time is possible).
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required. 

 

Qualifications:

• Experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall repair.
• Must have own tools, reliable vehicle & a valid driver’s license.
• HVAC certified
