Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment of all open positions within CMC
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- scheduling and conducting initial interviews
- Scheduling and communicating pre-employment screening, tests, and background checks
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
- Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping
- Work with HR manager and hiring managers to ensure job descriptions are accurate
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Working alongside other departments to create recruiting materials
- Attending and representing job fairs as a CMC representative
