Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of human resources for a Gainesville Based property management company serving over 130 employees in 4 counties.
The position will be responsible for a wide array of HR projects and assignments, which include (but are not limited to); recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee relations.
Additionally, this position will act as a member of the corporate leadership team and provide guidance and counsel to the management team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business related major, preferably with an emphasis in Human Resource Management.
PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
Three+ years related experience
