Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Leasing: Provide exceptional service by understanding residents’ needs and matching them to the perfect apartment.
• Lead Engaging Tours: Showcase our stunning property and amenities, creating excitement and lasting impressions.
• Streamlined Leasing Process: Handle application processing, lease signing, and move-ins with ease and efficiency.
• Master Social Media: Manage and create dynamic content for our Instagram and other platforms to promote the property and community events.
• Property Knowledge: Be the go-to expert on our apartments, amenities, and unique features.
• Resident Engagement: Plan and execute memorable events to foster community spirit and improve resident retention.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in leasing, property management, sales, or related fields
• Entrata Expertise: Proficiency with Entrata for managing leasing documents and resident information
• Social Media Savvy: Skilled in creating and managing engaging Instagram content
• Customer Service Excellence: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational Rockstar: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
