We are seeking experienced Service Technicians and Service Managers!

The Collier Companies is the largest Student Housing Portfolio owned by a Private Individual in the country. We are seeking maintenance technicians of all skill levels to join or team in Gainesville, FL.

Pay Rate is based on skill and experience. After 60 days, employee will receive benefits of paid vacation, Health, Dental, LTD, and group life insurance and an amazing 401K option !
