Maintenance Team Member Needed

Towne Parc Apartments is seeking a candidate to join our award winning maintenance team in Gainesville, FL!

If you want to be part of a Great Team, we need you to meet most of the following criteria:

• Experience as a maintenance technician for at least 1 year preferred
• Costumer Service Oriented, Strong work ethic and an eager to learn attitude
• Working knowledge of appliances, plumbing & HVAC preferred
• Organized, efficient and detail-oriented to complete work orders
• Universal EPA certification preferred or we will make arrangements for you to get certified.
• Commitment to emergency-on-call rotation (Once a month)
• Technician must have basic tools and be able to pass basic maintenance test.
• Reliable transportation

Drug Testing and background checks will be performed.
