Marketing Director Position Available!

The Collier companies, a leader in Multi-Family housing, is currently seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in Gainesville, FL!

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Must possess excellent communication skills to include verbal and written communication.
• High emotional intelligence, with ability to lead mentor and develop team members.
• Oversee the global marketing, graphic design department, social media/web development and regional marketing team members.
• The Director will oversee and report the reputation management and customer service programs.
• Must be able to review and negotiate ILS and print ad contracts.
• Ability to deliver marketing training and roll-out new initiatives to all levels within the company.
• Create, implement and monitor yearly marketing plans globally.
• Overseeing company and community branding.
• Develop and implement programs and campaigns through social media, print, online, and on campus.
