Position Overview:

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and overseeing the marketing strategies that promote our properties, drive lead generation, and enhance brand awareness. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all properties in our portfolio

- Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and print materials.

- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with occupancy goals and resident retention strategies.

- Create and manage content for websites, social media platforms, and property listings.

- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize ROI.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.

- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.

- Coordinate events, open houses, and community engagement initiatives to attract prospective tenants and build brand visibility.

- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets to support marketing initiatives.

- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, preferably in property management or real estate.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and CRM software.

- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.

- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
