NCFAA Members,
We are currently evaluating options for upcoming events. At this time, out of an abundance of caution, all NCFAA events through the end of March have been rescheduled to a future date following the advice of the CDC and state of Florida. Committee meetings will be held by online conference or telephone. Preventive measures will be employed for future NCFAA classes and committee meetings. We will advise on additional upcoming programs once the appropriate course of action has been determined. The Association will be monitoring the COVID-19 issue carefully, following official guidance, and will work with volunteer leadership to implement appropriate program and operational protocols.

The staff and leadership of NCFAA are working on information to be distributed to our membership about the developing Coronavirus situation and how to most effectively share ideas on best practices for property management. The National Apartment Association held a webinar (geared towards property management) last week. A recording of that call may be found in the link below.
It is important to recognize that the North Central Florida Apartment Association, the Florida Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, local affiliates, and individual members are not healthcare professionals or providers and these resources are provided only as general information. Please refer to the information provided for the healthcare agencies in the links above. As we learn more, we will post to our website as well as distribute through email and social media channels.
Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
