Operations Manager Needed for a Local Real Estate Company

Circa Properties manages and develops high quality student housing near the University of Florida. We are seeking an Operations Manager to assist the owner in effectively managing our properties as we grow. This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn and understand how each component of a successful real estate business operates.

The position is primarily focused on office operations of an apartment management company with emphasis on maintaining, developing and overseeing our procedures and programs (maintenance, leasing, accounting, HR, safety and liability). Other functions include lease administration, receivables administration, and scheduling work with vendors and staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with willingness to learn additional programs
• Extremely strong documentation and procedure-writing skills
• Proficient in open office & cloud storage applications such as Google Drive, Google Docs, Gmail, Dropbox,
• Aptitude for performing accounts receivable tasks such as entering rent checks, fees, tenant charges, security deposits, tracking lease and renewal paperwork
• Must pass rigorous background check and drug screening
