Employment Requirements include:

Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Manager of apartments, ability to develop a team, exceptional customer service with an eye for detail, proven marketing skills, along with technical skills, including Excel and property management software. The ability to communicate effectively and commitment to meeting the company performance goals are also important.
