The Collier Companies is seeking a Revenue Associate!

 

This is an on-site role, reporting out of The Collier Companies Florida Home Office in Gainesville, which offers beautiful natural areas, a temperate climate, and tremendous educational, cultural, and commercial opportunities. The Revenue Associate plays a critical role in developing and execution of optimal pricing strategies for both new and existing customers (I.E residents). Collaborating closely with our operational team, you will leverage data analytics, community visits, market surveys & market conditions to inform decision-making and enhance our revenue optimization efforts.

Qualifications

Day to Day:

Pricing Strategy Development:

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize revenue.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that emphasize the unique value propositions of our communities, differentiating us from competitors.
  • Brainstorm creative promotional campaigns that attract new customers while maintaining profitability.

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on pricing performance, identifying opportunities for income growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven market analysis.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing and revenue management, reporting findings regularly.
  • Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions.
  • Travel required to communities (approximately 10%) as needed.

Your Skills – Show Us What You Got:

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or data analysis, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, PowerBi).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
