Session I: Ever wonder why you click with some colleagues and clash with others?  Learn about your own behavioral style and how to navigate workplace dynamics with confidence. This workshop uses the Predictive Index (PI) to reveal your workplace behaviors and communication preferences, and helps you understand how they align (or differ) from your teammates. Complete a brief pre-workshop assessment and receive your free PI Behavioral Report. Ready to build stronger relationships and boost your impact?

Predictive Index (PI) is an effective assessment that measures workplace behaviors based on an individual’s inherent drives and needs. Understanding one’s own PI and those of team members will improve communication and team dynamics and unlock your team’s potential.

Speaker: Aaron Ellinger, Executive Coach with AE Coaching & Consulting
Aaron coaches, consults with, and presents to executives and other organizational leaders who are looking to thrive in business and in life. During his 30+ years in business, he has held leadership roles in human resources, consulting, operations, and sales. His keen understanding of human behavior and emotional intelligence combined with his business expertise allows him to partner with individuals and companies in powerful ways. At software company RF-SMART, Aaron held several leadership roles during his 16 years tenure, including Regional Sales Director, VP of Professional Services, VP of People, and VP of Organizational Development. During his time there, the company quadrupled in size while also being repeatedly recognized as one of the best places to work in Jacksonville. Even more important to Aaron, he helped the organization thrive by shaping the company culture, and helped the hundreds of team members thrive through the various professional development programs that his team launched. With four adult children, Aaron lives in St Augustine with his wife Courtney, whom he tries his best NOT to coach. He is active within Access Church and is a Board member for Episcopal Children’s Services, a regional non-profit focused on ensuring that every child enters school ready to learn. Fun fact: after a childhood of practicing and performing classical piano, symphonic and choral music, in2016 he joined an 80s rock cover band.
