It’s our way of saying thank you for all that you do and for being an integral part of the NCFAA.

Please join us September 12th at 9 am for a special THANK YOU gathering where we will:

1. Introduce Our New Associate Vice President: Meet our newly appointed 2025  Associate Vice President, Sydney Jamieson. 

2. Success Course: Attend an insightful success course designed to equip you with valuable strategies and tools to excel in your endeavors with NCFAA. This session will cover key topics including effective supplier relations, innovative practices, and success metrics. (more details below)

Join NCFAA’s Associate Vice President Anyse Medwedeff and Future VP Sydney Jamieson for a Cliff Notes Course on Supplier Success! With 17 years combined experience building partnerships on-site and through NCFAA involvement, this duo will cover a variety of topics aimed to help apartment industry suppliers get involved, build relationships, and ultimately reach their goals. 

A few topics we’ll cover:

• NCFAA governing structure, purpose, and how to get involved
• Review timing, resources, and daily operations of an on-site community
• Recognize measures of an apartment community’s success
• Good etiquette for apartment industry suppliers
• Social media tips for suppliers
• Management company organizational charts and how to identify financial decision makers

Whether you’re brand new to the apartment industry or a long-time supplier looking to sharpen your skills, we hope you can join us!
