Apartment Community
Communities: $125.00 minimum plus $1.95 max. per unit for the first 600 units. Additional units in excess of 600 would be $1.05 per unit.
Management Company
Corporate (Management Company): $150 (covers all staff at the corporate office) - Management companies must have at least one "member" community or have no communities in the north central Florida area.
