FAA 2018 Compensation & Benefits Survey Reports Now Available!

With the help of J. Turner Research, FAA recently completed research on average compensation and benefits for multifamily professionals across Florida and within each of its 10 local affiliate regions.
The statewide 2018 Florida Apartment Association Compensation & Benefits Report includes data from 28 multifamily management companies representing more than 182,000 units — nearly one-third of the entire FAA membership. Base compensation and bonus information is provided for job titles from supervisors of regional property managers to leasing agents, as well as for maintenance professionals.
