FAA Brings Home National, State Awards

The Florida Apartment Association last month brought home ASAE gold, plus silver and bronze awards in a statewide media competition. FAA’s “Apartment Scarcity Dashboard” (BuildFlorida2030.com) was selected by the American Society of Association Executives as a 2024 Power of Associations Gold Award winner. This interactive dashboard enables policymakers, practitioners, and the public to learn about apartment home scarcity and projected supply needs by 2030 in each of Florida’s 67 counties and 26 MSAs. The BuildFlorida2030.com project played a large role in establishing the FAA as a thought-leader in the public policy arena and reflects the FAA leadership’s commitment to being a solutions-oriented organization focused on expanding housing supply and opportunity throughout the state.
