Description:

L3 Campus is looking for an energetic and outgoing individual to work at our Gainesville, FL communities. The right candidate will be comfortable working with students, showing apartments, completing legal paperwork, performing phone & email follow-ups, assisting with local, online and social media marketing efforts, and generally assisting the property with a variety of operational tasks.

The right candidate must possess: positive & motivated attitude, outgoing personality, strong computer & phone skills, excellent work ethic, sales experience or natural ability, and the desire to be a contributing team member

Preference will be shown to candidates who have experience in: leasing, student housing, property management and/or RealPage software.
