Morgan Properties Enters Kentucky

Pennsylvania-based investment and management firm adds community in Louisville.
Morgan Properties is expanding in the Ohio Valley with its first community in Kentucky. The company is looking to capitalize on the metro's rent growth and economic stability. “Expanding into Kentucky is a natural extension of our robust footprint in neighboring states like Ohio and Indiana,” said Jason Morgan, Co-President of Morgan Properties and President of Morgan Properties Special Situations, in a release.
Blankenbaker Crossings is a 236-unit garden-style community in Louisville with access to public transportation and major employment centers. Morgan Properties plans to renovate and upgrade the bathrooms and kitchens while adding smart technology features and additional community amenities such as a dog park and pickleball court.
“Entering Kentucky and adding the 20th state to our growing portfolio is a pivotal way to kick off Morgan Properties 40th-anniversary year,” said Jonathan Morgan, Co-President of Morgan Properties and President of Morgan Properties JV.
