We currently have a wonderful opportunity for an amazing, enthusiastic leasing agents! If
you are a leasing machine and love interacting and helping current and prospective
residents, this is the opportunity for you!

The Position
The leasing agent is often the first point of contact and key to shaping the amazing
experience residents and visitors enjoy at a community. They assist current residents, lead
prospective tenants on tours through the property, and promote the Community.

Duties may include (but are not limited to):
 Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, schedule appointments, conduct
property tours and promote attractive community features
 Greet visitors in a professional and friendly way (residents, future residents and
internal team members)
 Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, market conditions, and trends
 Check on model units (if available) to ensure it is in perfect condition
 Maintain thorough knowledge of University of Florida graduate school schedules
 Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry
as necessary
 Deliver new resident gifts and move in packets
 Inspect units for move ins to ensure units are ready
 Assist with planning and hosting resident functions
 Collect application fees, deposits and rent
 Prepare and submit application materials for approval
 Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications
 Prepare service requests
 Prepare move-in / move-out notices, inspections or procedures
 Assists in renewing leases with current residents
 Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet 100%
occupancy

Atrium Management company is one of the fastest growing property management
companies in central Florida. We are looking for a superstar team member that is willing to
grow with the company and transition to full time. Flexible scheduling, but must be willing to
work Saturdays, and evenings.

Hourly Pay Starting at $12.00/hour. Pay based on experience.
Upon becoming full time, benefits include: 401K, health insurance, PTO, and more!
