Campus Lodge Gainesville is hiring for a Property Manager near The University of Florida and downtown Gainesville. This 1,115-bed community features two, three, and four-bedroom furnished apartments featuring bed-bath parity, in-unit washer and dryer, screened porches, and plenty of storage space. Resort-like community amenities include one of the largest pools in Gainesville, lodge themed clubhouse, sand volleyball and basketball courts, fitness center and car wash.
As a Property Manager, you’ll oversee the property’s operations to ensure that exceptional service is delivered to all residents and the property is meeting its financial goals. You’ll also serve as a leader in our organization, championing the Coastal culture and ensuring associates have the tools, resources and direction to be engaged and successful.
